By accessing or using AuraCal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AuraCal is a productivity application that provides calendar management, note-taking, and AI assistance features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AuraCal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuraCal, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
