Troubleshooting Sync Issues

    Resolve common problems with data synchronization across devices.

    First Step: Check Status

    Look for the sync indicator in the top right corner of the app. A green checkmark means you are online and synced. A spinning icon means sync is in progress.

    Common Solutions

    1. Check Internet Connection

    Ensure your device has a stable internet connection. AuraCal works offline, but changes will only sync once you reconnect.

    2. Manual Refresh

    Sometimes the background sync might pause. Try manually refreshing the page (Command/Ctrl + R) or pulling down to refresh on mobile.

    3. Mobile Specifics

    On iOS/Android, ensure "Background App Refresh" is enabled for AuraCal in your system settings to allow sync while the app is closed.

    Still not syncing?

    If data is persistently out of sync, you may need to clear your local cache.

    *Clearing cache will force a fresh download of your data from the server. You won't lose cloud-saved data.
